Ginger Shots for a Quick Immune Boost
A healing ginger shot made with fresh ginger, fruits, herbs and veggies, supporting the immune system and fighting the inflammation.
Servings: 2 (about 1/2 cup)
- 2 inch ginger piece
- 2 lemons peeled
- 1 orange peeled
- 2 carrots
- 5 fresh peppermint leaves
- 2 tsp turmeric powder (or 2 small roots, peeled)
- Freshly ground black pepper
Juice the ginger, carrots, mint and citrus fruits using a cold-press juicer.
Add the turmeric and ground black pepper, mix and drink straight away
