Ingredients

  • 2 inch ginger piece
  • 2 lemons peeled
  • 1 orange peeled
  • 2 carrots
  • 5 fresh peppermint leaves
  • 2 tsp turmeric powder (or 2 small roots, peeled)
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Juice the ginger, carrots, mint and citrus fruits using a cold-press juicer.
  • Add the turmeric and ground black pepper, mix and drink straight away
