Immune System Boosting Citrus Smoothie
Gorgeous citrus flavors combined with creamy banana, mint and bee pollen in a delicious smoothie to fight flu and autumn colds.

- 1 lemon
- 2 limes
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 cup cashew soaked overnight and drained
- 3-4 fresh mint leaves plus some for garnishing
- 1 tbsp organic raw honey
- 1 tsp bee pollen
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- ice cubes to serve
Place banana, cashew, water, pollen, mint and honey in the blender and process to obtain a smooth milk.
Peel the citrus, cut in cubes, add into the blender and process again to incorporate.
Fill serving glasses with ice cubes, evenly pour the smoothie and garnish with mint leaves.
Drink right away.
