This rich breakfast smoothie combines the digestive healing and anti-inflammatory properties of Ayurvedic spices such as turmeric and ginger, with the probiotic rich yogurt to support a healthy microbiome.

Ingredients

  • Layer 1
  • 1/2 cup roasted pumpkin
  • 1 orange peeled, cut into slices
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp bee pollen
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Layer 2
  • 1/4 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp almond butter

Instructions

  • Process the ingredients for each layer into a blender, then mix and drink straight away, or pack to go.
