- For the acai smoothie
- 2 tbsp acai powder
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tsp maca powder
- 1 tsp ground flax
- 1 tbsp hemp powder
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- For the chia pudding
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk warm
- Toppings
- Fresh fruits of choice
- Bee Pollen for the vegan version simply omit it
- Coconut Flakes
- Black sesame seeds
- Fresh mint leaves
Combine the chia seeds and almond milk into a medium bowl and set aside for 15 mins, allowing the seeds to absorb the liquid.
Add the smoothie ingredients into the blender and process to obtain a dense, creamy mixture.
Divide the smoothie into the serving bowls then add equal parts of chia pudding, and top with your favorite super foods.
