Ingredients

  • 2 quality espresso shots cold
  • 1 ripe banana cut into chunks, frozen
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp hemp powder
  • 1 tsp ground flax
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients until creamy.
  • Add ice cubes and pulse two or three times.
  • Serve cold.
