Detox Water Recipe for Weight Loss
A simple detox water recipe that helps balance hormones and regulates the metabolism, while also benefits digestion. Removes toxins, enhances weight loss efforts, improves mood and enhances energy levels.
Servings: 2 people
- 4 cups still water
- 4 fresh pineapple slices
- 1 lemon cut into slices
- 1 inch ginger piece, cut into slices
- ¼ tsp cayenne
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Add all the ingredients into a pitcher, mix to combine and refrigerate overnight.
Strain and serve on an empty stomach or in between meals.
