Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 banana frozen into chunks
  • 2 scoop 50 g protein powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut kefir
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened plant milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients into a blender and process until very smooth.
  • Divide into serving glasses and serve.
