Ingredients

  • 2 oranges peeled, cut into slices

  • 2 tsp flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 cup kefir
  • 1/2 cup light coconut milk
  • 1 tsp turmeric
