Ingredients

  • 2 cups blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/3 cup nut butter of choice
  • 2/3 cup cauliflower florets fresh or frozen
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions
