- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 tsp coconut oil virgin
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts (save some for garnishing)
- 2 tbsp old fashion rolled oats

Add the hemp hearts and pulse once or twice, to incorporate.
Use your palms to create small balls.
Spread hemp hearts on a plate and roll over the balls on the plate, so thehemp will stick and give a nice appearance.
