Ingredients

  • 1 cup hazelnuts lightly toasted, crushed
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tsp nigella seeds
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cinamon ground
  • 1/4 tsp coriander seeds crushed
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients into a jar with lid, mix to combine.
  • Add 2 tsp of the mix on top of a soup serving.
