Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh kale leaves
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 tbsp hemp powder
  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 &1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 lemon juice only

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients until very smooth.
  • Drink straight away.
