This rich breakfast smoothie combines the digestive healing and anti-inflammatory properties of Ayurvedic spices such as turmeric and ginger, with the probiotic rich yogurt to support a healthy microbiome.

  • ½ cup roasted pumpkin
  • 1 orange, peeled, cut into slices
  • ½ tsp grated ginger
  • ¼ tsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp bee pollen
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Layer 2
  • ¼ cup cooked quinoa
  • ½ cup natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  1. Process the ingredients for each layer into a blender, then mix and drink straight away, or pack to go.
