Ingredients
  • 1 cup hazelnuts, lightly toasted, crushed
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tsp nigella seeds
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp crushed coriander seeds
  • ¼ tsp ginger powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients into a jar with lid, mix to combine.
  2. Add 2 tsp of the mix on top of a soup serving.
